We don't just clean,
We also make it look clean.

We offer One-time general cleaning, recurring services, deep cleaning, make-ready (post-construction), small commercial cleaning, and move-in/move-out cleaning. Our recurring general cleaning customers are able to set up weekly, bi-weekly, tri-weekly, or monthly recurring services

We also offer services that handle sorting and organizing, hauling away junk and trash, cleanouts, and other things that may need to be taken care of before the cleaning can actually begin.

Cleaning companies or individuals provide different types of cleanings because every situation is a little or a lot different. I mean, cleaning is cleaning there's scraping, scrubbing, wiping, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping. What changes are the conditions and the time it takes to clean and to also make it look clean.

I know that last part sounds paradoxical, but I'm just referring to the fine details that make the cleaning look awesome e.g. a perfectly straight pillow at the head of the bed rather than just placed there or paperwork or mail stacked neatly in the corner rather than just collected and put into a spot.

Most homes or spaces are fairly clean and organized which makes cleaning a breeze, however, excessive clutter on the floors and counters, excessive pet hair, bug and rodent feces, or trash that's been collecting over a period of time changes the dynamics of the process. When this is the situation other services come into play and may add to the cost.

One-time & First-time Cleaning

One-time or First-time Cleaning is basic cleaning of your home. This is optimal when you expect guests to your home and it’s a mess, or maybe not, but you feel your home could definitely use some love.

With that said, usually, by the time someone orders house cleaning, no one has been able to dedicate genuine time to clean it. So, this service aims at cleaning your home from its current level to a spectacular level of cleanliness.

One-time and First-time Cleaning will effectively set your home up for subsequent cleanings by us or for you if you choose to take on your own housekeeping.

Recurring Services

Recurring service is the basic cleaning of your home. Aside from scrubbing, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming your home, we’ll make up beds, change bed linen, wash dishes, fold and hang up clothes, and if time permits, laundry.

What is not included in our Maid service is cleaning ceiling fans, baseboards, blinds, doors, and walls. Since these items are not cleaned on the regular basis, we include them in our Deep cleaning service or upon request.

  • We wipe clean, polish, and dust: Wall hangings, Mirrors, Windowsills, Hard furniture, Staircases, Exterior of major appliances and cabinets, Small kitchen appliances, Knick Knacks, Door casings, Chair rails
  • We Vacuum, Sweep, Polish, or Mop: Floors, Carpets, Stairs
  • We will also move light furniture such as sofas and small tables
  • Disinfect and Scrub Inside: Microwaves, Bathtubs, Faucets, Showers, Shower doors, Sinks, and Toilets

Deep Cleaning

Deep Cleaning is a service of its own. We’ll clean every nook and cranny in your home while you still live in it. We’ll pick up, move, and clean under furniture, climb ladders to clean ceiling fans and vent covers, and get on our hands and knees to clean baseboards. It’s a lot of work, but we love the final results.

Move In/Out Cleaning

With Move-in/out Cleaning, we clean and dust walls, vent covers, inside refrigerators, cabinets, drawers, and closets. And everything in between such as light fixtures, ceiling fans, and baseboards.

Make-Ready

If you have stepped into a construction site or an area where construction has occurred, then you know how much mess is there. The clean-up process is not simple dusting, sweeping and mopping but is repetitive cleaning due to the dust settling and resettling every time you leave the area for rest.

Make-ready cleaning ensures that all signs of construction work are gone. This means repetitive cleaning of windows, ceiling fans, door moldings, fixtures, walls, and floors. Paint splatter removal is also included and other obvious signs of post-construction.
