Our Story
Lupe Morales began her journey from humble beginnings. As the daughter of migrant workers in the 1950s, she learned early on that dedication and perseverance were the keys to success. Her father often reminded her, “You should always stick to your standards, never give up, and never look back.”
In 1997, while working full-time at Lackland Air Force Base on San Antonio’s southwest side, Lupe started cleaning homes part-time. Her natural warmth, kindness, and attention to detail quickly earned her a loyal client base. By 1999, she left her job and founded Lupe’s House Cleaning full-time.
Lupe believed a home wasn’t truly clean unless it looked clean. She worked hands-on, never cutting corners, and always ensuring her customers’ satisfaction. Her genuine care and strong work ethic turned a small side job into a trusted family business that served the community for over two decades.
A New Chapter
After more than 20 years of service, Lupe officially retired in 2021. Her legacy continues through her son, Hector Ortega, who proudly carries on her mission by founding Lupe’s Home & Office Cleaning, LLC.
Under Hector’s leadership, Lupe’s has grown to serve both residential and commercial clients while keeping the same values at its core; trust, reliability, and top-quality workmanship. Every service is inspired by Lupe’s spirit and her belief that cleaning isn’t just about spotless results; it’s about respect, care, and pride in every space we touch.
