Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning is designed for empty homes that need a thorough cleaning before new occupants move in or after a home is vacated. It focuses on resetting the space and preparing it for the next transition.
You may choose Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning if:

- You’re moving out and need the home ready for a final walkthrough or inspection
- The home or apartment is vacant and empty

Move-In/Out Add-On Services
Move-in and move-out cleaning already includes inside the oven, inside the refrigerator, and interior windows at no extra charge. The add-ons below cover spaces outside the main living area, or a second oven or refrigerator. Although this table isn't a complete list, it shows typical prices for our move-in/out add-on services. Costs may vary based on the size and condition of your home.

No. Many clients provide entry instructions and return once the cleaning is complete.
