Cleaning time varies based on the size and condition of the home. Vacant homes are generally more efficient to clean, but heavier buildup or additional detail work may require extra time. You can divide the price by 105 to get the estimated duration in decimal hours.
How is move-in / move-out cleaning different from deep cleaning?
Move-in / move-out cleaning is designed for empty homes and focuses on resetting the space for the next occupant. Deep cleaning is typically performed in furnished homes and targets detailed areas as part of a reset or first-time service.
What if the home still has items or clutter?
Move-in / move-out cleaning is most effective in empty or mostly empty homes. If items or clutter remain, we recommend removing as much as possible before service. If assistance is needed, our Additional Time add-on may be available upon request.
