Every home is different, so our prices reflect the time, labor, and level of cleaning needed. Whether you choose an hourly service, by the room, or a square foot based service, our goal is to give you a clear and predictable estimate before we begin. Below is a simple breakdown of how each cleaning option works, how we calculate time, and what can increase the total cost.
How Special Conditions Affect Hourly Rates
Some homes require additional time, protective equipment, or specialized handling. When your home has conditions that significantly increase the difficulty or safety risk, the hourly rate can increase up to $160 per hour, depending on severity.
- Pest infestations (roaches, bedbugs, fleas, mice, etc.)
- Hoarding situations or homes with extreme clutter
- Excessive clutter (clothes and shoes, dishes, trash, toys)
- Biological waste, hazardous contamination, or bodily fluids
- No running water, making cleaning more labor intensive
- No electricity, which limits equipment use and increases manual laborÂ
- Properties currently undergoing construction.
When these conditions are present, we assess the situation on arrival and notify you before beginning any work so there are no surprises in your total cost.

What’s The Difference Between General And Deep Cleaning?
General cleaning works well for routine upkeep, surface wiping, dust control, and light maintenance. General cleaning basically includes floors, window sills, wall decor, and furniture. In the kitchen, countertops, the outside of appliances, sinks, faucets, and some dishes are included. For bathroom cleaning, shower and tubs, toilets, mirrors, counters, sinks, and faucets are included.Â
Deep cleaning is ideal when a room needs extra detail, buildup removal, or when it has not been cleaned recently. This type of cleaning adds air registers, ceiling fans, windows, blinds, baseboards, and the exterior of cabinets.
Package Based Cleaning Services (By-The-Square Foot)
For standard One-Time, Deep, Move-Out, and Recurring cleanings, we estimate the time needed using your home’s square footage. Each service type has a set formula that helps us determine how long the job will take. We generally believe the larger the property the lesser the duration per square foot. This makes your estimate consistent and transparent, whether your home is 300 square feet or 9,000 square feet.
Once the estimated time is calculated, we apply our package rates so you receive a clear flat price for the service. Recurring cleanings receive discounted rates based on your chosen frequency.
All amounts below are shown before tax and represent estimated package prices for One-Time Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning, and Recurring weekly cleaning services.

Hourly Cleaning Services
Our hourly cleaning service is straightforward and works well when you have specific tasks you want done or when you prefer full control over the amount of time our team spends. We multiply the number of hours you request by $105 per hour for a standard three person cleaning team.
If we only have two cleaners available for your scheduled service, the $105 per hour rate stays the same. We won't lower the price, but we'll extend the cleaning time since fewer people are doing the same job. So, your final cost will still be calculated based on the total hours at our usual rate.
How Our By the Room Cleaning Prices Work
If your home does not need a full cleaning, you can choose our By the Room option. This service lets you select exactly which rooms you want cleaned and whether you want a general cleaning or a deep cleaning for each one. You stay in full control of your budget and which areas receive attention.
Every room type has its own set price based on the work required. Once you select the rooms and the level of cleaning you want, we total the amounts to create your final price. This is a flexible option for apartments, small homes, move out touch ups, or targeted cleaning in specific areas.
