Recurring cleaning is ongoing general cleaning to help maintain a consistently clean and comfortable home.

In addition to standard cleaning tasks like dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming, recurring service may include:

• Making beds and changing linens
• Washing dishes
• Folding and hanging clothes Laundry, if time permits

Not included in standard recurring cleaning:

Ceiling fans, baseboards, blinds, doors, and walls. Since these are not typically cleaned on a regular basis, they are included in Deep Cleaning services or can be added upon request.

What We Do in Recurring Cleaning

• We wipe clean, polish, and dust: Wall hangings, mirrors, windowsills, hard furniture, staircases, exteriors of major appliances and cabinets, small kitchen appliances, decorative items, door casings, and chair rails.
• We vacuum, sweep, polish, or mop: Floors, carpets, and stairs.
• We disinfect and scrub inside: Microwaves, bathtubs, faucets, showers, shower doors, sinks, and toilets.
• We may also move light furniture such as sofas and small tables as needed.

Deep cleaning is a service on its own and goes far beyond routine cleaning.

This service is ideal if your home needs detailed attention while you’re still living in it. We focus on areas that are often overlooked and require more time and effort.

Deep Cleaning Includes

Everything in general cleaning, plus: We wipe clean, polish, and dust: Baseboards, ceiling fans, light switches, blinds, vent covers, and both sides of doors.

This service is labor-intensive, but the results are well worth it.

Move-in and move-out cleaning is a detailed, top-to-bottom service designed to prepare a space for new occupants.

This includes cleaning and dusting walls, vent covers, cabinets, drawers, closets, appliances, and everything in between.

What’s Included

• We wipe clean, polish, and dust: Baseboards, ceiling fans, windows, blinds, windowsills, door casings, rails, mirrors, staircases, doors, light switches, vent covers, fireplaces, cabinets, cupboards, drawers, pantries, closets, refrigerators, and stoves/ovens.
• We vacuum, sweep, polish, or mop: Floors, carpets, and stairs.
• We disinfect and scrub inside: Refrigerators, ovens, stoves, microwaves, bathtubs, faucets, showers, shower doors, sinks, and toilets.
• If possible, we pull out and clean underneath: Stoves, refrigerators, washers, and dryers.
